• If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

• If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition.

In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof, and our team will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Size/fit issues (please check product details before ordering).

• Tarnishing due to exposure to water, perfumes, or improper storage.

• Minor variations in color/finish, since each piece is handcrafted.

📦 Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.
